How do I request reimbursement for property damage?

To request reimbursement for property damage:
Go to the “Claims and Refunds” section in the Alleysa platform.
Select “Get Started” under the Host Damage Protection Request to file for reimbursement for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning.
Follow the steps in the Insurance Intake Form, confirming if you are a host and detailing the reimbursement type you’re looking for.
Choose the car or property you wish to report damage for by selecting it from the list on the “Select Car/Property” page.
Document the damage by providing relevant photos, videos, or supporting documentation.
Submit the reimbursement request within 14 days of the guest’s checkout to ensure timely processing.
