When Will the Charges Be Processed on My Account?

Charges for your booking on Alleysa are processed as follows:

Booking Confirmation: Once you confirm and complete your booking, the total charges will be processed and applied to your account immediately.
Payment Timing: Depending on your payment method, the funds may be deducted from your account right away or may appear as a pending transaction until processed.
Additional Charges: If any additional charges apply (such as extra services or modifications to your booking), these will be processed according to the timing agreed upon with the host or outlined in your booking details.
Refunds: If you cancel your booking within the allowed timeframe or if a refund is processed, it may take a few business days for the amount to be reflected back in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
