How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel a reservation on Alleysa, follow these steps:
Sign In: Log in to your Alleysa account on either the desktop site or mobile app.
Access Your Booking: Navigate to the “Bookings” section.
Select Reservation: Choose the reservation you wish to cancel from the list of your bookings.
Review Cancellation Policy: Before proceeding, review the property’s cancellation policy to understand the terms and any potential fees or refunds. Each host may have different policies regarding cancellations.
Initiate Cancellation: Click on “Cancel” or a similar option in the Trip Details section.
Confirm Cancellation: Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation of your reservation.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: If you cancel within the allowed period specified by the host’s cancellation policy, you may be eligible for a full refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made after the reservation start date are generally non-refundable.
