How do I coordinate check-in with my Host?

Before You Arrive:
Review Reservation Details: Check your Trips page for essential information such as the property address, Host’s contact details, and your billing receipt. Check-in information is typically available 48 hours before your reservation starts.
Communicate with Your Host: Message your Host before your arrival to confirm:
Check-in and checkout times
Arrival details
Key exchange or alternative access methods
Contact information, especially if either of you might be without phone or internet access
On Arrival:
In-Person Key Exchanges: If the Host prefers to meet you in person to hand over keys or provide entry codes, be prepared for possible delays due to travel issues like flight delays or weather conditions.
Other Check-In Methods:
Self Check-In: Use a keyless entry system or code provided by the Host.
Instructions via Message: Follow detailed entry instructions sent by the Host.
Lockbox: Retrieve keys from a lockbox at the property.
Neighbor, Co-Host, or Doorperson: Keys or access details may be provided by someone other than the Host.
