Go to Your Account:
Log in to your Alleysa account and navigate to the “Claims and Refunds” section from the dashboard.
Submit a Claim:
Click on “Submit a Claim” and choose the reservation linked to the violation.
Describe the Incident:
Provide a detailed explanation of how the guest violated the cleaning policy in the “Damage Details” section. Mention any specific issues related to cleanliness or damages caused.
Upload Evidence:
Attach photos or videos showing the state of the property or vehicle before and after the guest’s use.
Include supporting documents or receipts if cleaning services were required.
Select the Policy Breach Type:
When prompted, indicate that the issue relates to a cleaning policy violation.
