Cancellation Policy for Hosts
As a host, you can cancel a guest’s booking under specific conditions. However, frequent cancellations or cancellations without valid reasons may affect your listing’s visibility and standing on the platform.
Host-Initiated Cancellations:
If you cancel a guest’s booking at least 24 hours before the rental start, the guest will receive a full refund, and you will not incur a penalty.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start, the guest will receive a full refund, but you may be charged a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your future earnings.
If you cancel after the rental period starts, the guest will receive a full refund, and additional penalties may apply.
Guest Compensation:
In cases of last-minute cancellations, we encourage you to assist the guest in finding a suitable alternative. Our team can also help expedite their rebooking process.
Valid Reasons for Host Cancellations:
Emergencies or unforeseen issues with your vehicle or property (e.g., maintenance issues, accidents, or safety concerns).
Booking errors, such as double bookings or incorrect availability settings.
Fraudulent or inappropriate guest behavior.

Multiple cancellations without valid reasons may lower your listing’s ranking or visibility on the platform.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in additional fees or temporary suspension of your listing.

If a cancellation occurs due to host unavailability or issues with the listing, the guest will receive a full refund, including any purchased mileage packages.

How to Cancel:
To cancel a booking, go to Your Reservations > Select the Booking > Cancel Reservation.
Fees and refunds will be calculated automatically based on the timeline and reason for cancellation.
