How will I be notified if a trip is canceled by a guest or alleysa?

alleysa will notify you via email, and if you’ve opted in, via text. The trip will be marked as “Canceled” in your Trips tab. Make sure to read the cancellation notices carefully and do not grant access to a guest for a canceled trip.
