What should I do if my guest asks for an invoice?

As a Localguide, you are responsible for providing your guests with a detailed invoice. Ensure it includes:
Personal/Business Information: Your name, address, contact number, and tax ID (if applicable).
Guest’s Information: Name and address.
Invoice Number: Unique tracking number.
Date: When the invoice is issued.
Service Details: Tour or experience name, date, time, duration, and any relevant details.
Cost: Amount charged, including taxes and currency.
Payment Details: Payment methods and details if not yet paid.
