How Do I Change My Reservation ?
If you need to modify your trip details, such as dates, guest count, or check-in time, follow these steps:
Log in to Your Account: Access the Alleysa website or mobile app.
Go to My Bookings: Locate the reservation you want to change.
Select Reservation: Choose the reservation you wish to modify.
Choose Change or Cancel: On the Trip Detail page, select “Change or Cancel.”
Message Host: In the Modify Booking section, click on “Message Host.”
Submit Your Request: Enter the details of the changes you.
The host will review your request and confirm if they can accommodate the changes within 48 hours. If you don’t receive a response within this time frame, you can follow up directly with the host.
Any additional charges or refunds will be confirmed by the host before your reservation is updated. Once your reservation details are updated, you will receive an email confirmation.
