How can I message my host and handle trip-related inquiries with Alleysa?

To effectively communicate with your host through Alleysa:
Before Booking: You can only message a host after booking a trip. Check the vehicle listing for information before booking. If you need further details, message the host once your booking is complete. If the response is unsatisfactory, you may cancel the trip and receive a refund.
Sending Messages:
Go to the Bookings section and select the booked trip you have questions about.
Choose “Message Host” and then select “Alleysa messaging.”
Respond to host messages or view your message history in your Inbox tab.

Tip: Keep all communication within Alleysa messaging to ensure there is a record for support purposes.
