How can you request a change to your pickup or return location, and what are the associated costs?

To request a change to your pickup or return location, submit a request through the system. For ongoing trips, you can request a change to the return location as well. The new location must be one where the host offers delivery or be within their custom delivery radius.
Log in to the app or website, open your booking, select “Change,” and choose “Trip dates and location” to make your request.
Notes
Host Response: The host has eight hours (or less) to respond. If they accept your request, you’ll be notified, and any additional charges or refunds will be processed. If the host does not respond or declines, you must use the original pickup and return locations.
Location Change Cost: The delivery fee may be adjusted based on the new location’s cost. If only the return location changes, the new delivery fee will be recalculated according to the costs of the original and new locations.
