Need to cancel your booking?

If you can no longer accommodate a confirmed booking, follow these steps:
Try to Reschedule: See if you can reschedule the booking. For guidance on rescheduling, refer to the section on rescheduling a booking.
Cancel the Booking:
Go to the “Bookings” page.
Select the booking you want to cancel and click “Make changes to the booking.”
Click “Cancel this booking,” choose the reason for cancellation, and confirm.
