How can I message my host and handle trip-related inquiries with Alleysa?

Before Booking: You can only message a host after booking a trip. Check the vehicle listing for information before booking. If you need further details, message the host once your booking is complete. If the response is unsatisfactory, you may cancel the trip and receive a refund.

Sending Messages:
Go to the Trips section and select the booked trip you have questions about.
Choose “Contact Host” and then select “Alleysa messaging.”
Respond to host messages or view your message history in your Inbox tab.
Making Trip Changes:
Discuss any changes with your host via messaging.
Submit a formal trip change request through the Alleysa platform for the host’s approval. Changes agreed upon only through messaging are not valid unless recorded officially.
Sending Photos:
You can send photos to your host by selecting an existing Trip photo, using your phone gallery, or taking new photos.
Both you and the host can view these photos in the message thread.
If needed, you can remove photos by selecting them in the thread, tapping the trash icon, and confirming the deletion.

Tip: Keep all communication within Alleysa messaging to ensure there is a record for support purposes.
