What should you do if your travel is delayed or canceled, or if you have a lost baggage issue, and how can you request a trip change or refund?

If your travel is delayed, canceled, or if you experience a lost baggage issue, contact your host as soon as possible to inform them of the situation and your new arrival time. Work out a revised plan with your host, and then submit a trip change request through the system for their approval.
If your host can’t accommodate the change and cancels the trip, contact customer support for assistance in finding another vehicle.
Refunds for Travel Issues
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
You contacted your host before the scheduled start of your trip.
Your host couldn’t accommodate the new start time.
You contacted customer support within 24 hours of the scheduled start with documentation of the travel issue.
