What happens if my booking request is declined?

If the local guide is unable to accept your booking request, you will be promptly notified. Our Customer Support team will provide you with several options:
Book with Another Guide: We can assist you in booking a similar experience with another excellent local guide.
Reschedule with the Same Guide: If you prefer, you can try to book the same guide for a different date.
Cancel Your Request: You may choose to cancel your booking request. If you cancel, your payment authorization will be voided, and your card will not be charged.
